About BannerLab and our guides
BannerLab is operated by Samsung Ad. It provides browser tools for drafting banners and business cards, alongside practical production guides.
What the site provides
Arrange backgrounds, text, images and shapes, compare colors, remove selected background pixels and download a draft. Ordinary web editing does not require an account. The MiriCanvas tag helper is a separate Windows download with third-party service requirements, not a browser-only design tool.
How the guides are prepared
- Implementation-specific dimensions and export behavior are checked against the current code and dated.
- Worked examples include their inputs and calculation method so they can be checked again.
- Fictional businesses, offers and layouts are labeled as examples, not presented as customer results.
- This revision used AI writing and editing assistance. Technical claims were compared with implementation code, and calculation examples with formulas and automated tests. This does not replace physical print proofing or a printer's approval.
- Links to official references are included where an external technical standard is used.
Limits of the tools
Not every SVG or PDF is entirely vector, and the editor's output dimensions do not automatically meet every print shop's physical specifications. Check fonts, placed image resolution, margins, bleed and color requirements before production. Background removal is color-based rather than semantic object recognition.
