Privacy Policy
BannerLab (the "Service") takes your privacy seriously and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
The Service can be used without signing up and does not directly ask for personally identifying information such as your name or address. However, the following may be collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.
- Access logs, browser type, device information, and visit times
- Usage statistics (anonymous aggregate data such as visitor counts)
- Preference values stored via cookies
Any text or design you enter in the editor is processed in your browser to generate files and is not collected or stored for identification purposes.
2. Cookies and browser storage
In addition to cookies, the site uses localStorage. The key hml_last_visit stores the last counting date to reduce daily duplicate visit counts from the same browser. It does not contain your name, design text or image. It remains until site data is cleared or the browser removes it. Admin authentication sessions may also be stored in the browser. Clearing site data can sign an administrator out.
3. Third-party advertising and Google AdSense
The Service may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense. Please note the following.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
- To opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising generally, visit www.aboutads.info/choices.
For more on how Google handles data for advertising, see Google's policies and terms.
4. Purpose of use
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Analyzing usage statistics to improve features
- Serving ads and measuring performance
- Handling errors and misuse
5. Retention and third-party sharing
The services below support the website. Connecting to them can disclose network information such as an IP address to the provider. Their logs and retention depend on provider policies and service settings; not all information disappears when a browser window closes.
- Cloudflare: hosting pages and media, and site usage/performance analytics.
- Supabase: public asset lists, visit counts, admin authentication, posts and distributed files. The ordinary visit-count request body does not include design content or an email address.
- Google Fonts and library CDNs: downloading fonts and code required for editing.
- YouTube: embedded tutorial playback. The privacy-enhanced domain still involves an external connection.
- Google Drive: external downloads for some Windows distribution files.
Ordinary web editing, background-removal images and print-calculator values are processed in the browser for those functions. Assets, files and posts deliberately uploaded by an administrator are different: they are stored on a server and may be public. Email inquiries are sent through an email provider. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Separate Windows tag helper: it uses Gemini for image analysis and title/tag generation and supports uploads to MiriCanvas. The web editor's local-only image processing statement does not apply to that program. Check its storage/transmission settings and third-party service conditions before use.
Clearing browser site data does not delete public server files, posts or email. Contact the operator below for correction, deletion or retention questions. We do not claim one fixed retention period for all external service logs without verifying their settings.
6. Your rights
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads using the methods in Section 3.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised in line with legal or service changes. Any changes will be announced on this page.
